Initial problems and slower progress
Due to the very cold weather, it goes slow. On 16 February was the top plate, probation and the subsequent pouring of the ceiling plan. There were real problems with our coordination of schedules with respect to the developer meeting, we were only informed on the same day that the ceiling should be cast. Our reviewer, is to examine the ceiling before the spill, the probation was of course at such short notice is not available. Then it came, however, quite different, the top plate and the probation were not created until the next day and since then we wait a few frost-free nights, so the ceiling can be finally cast.
Ich habe Herrn Schippmann said in any case we have to clarify this is definitely still on the outside walls dry is not for us in question, we finally build a solid and not a finished house. He also wanted to check his documents in this respect once again.
On Sunday, I then googled a few hours, building specifications and studied on the phone today with our experts. Just another developer who calls himself a massive house also offers the only dry basis gable. PDE, which were also in our close range, the gables in the standard but solid. I look at the relatively high charge for the deluded gable, the right legal language regarding building specifications of the wall structure the floor (there are daily spoken of wood gable with timber frames and a timber-framed, we do not so, but Half Brick) and also the fact that the building permit is that the wall construction on the first floor in the EC corresponds to I will with Mr. Schippmann again discuss must closely monitor. The currently designed, however, very difficult, as I call Mr Schippmann difficult to reach for some time (admittedly, for understandable, for personal reasons). Unfortunately, there is also no other address for such questions.
Well, we keep our fingers crossed that this can be amicably resolve, our budget and schedule does not permit such Überraschungen nicht wirklich zu.
