Am 21.09. we bought the land and have since 22.09. Owners of 1155 square meters of land, which must now make!
Yesterday we after much deliberation with respect to the facing bricks finally signed the construction contract. The planning application should be available for completion by the end of next week. However, certain changes are made to the plans and also we have not yet final for a front door and decided that the look of the window.
It is clear however that:
- Captain House 140 sqm
- Half Brick Olfry 1907, joint color gray
- Röben Flanders Plus black matte glaze (if it is approved)
- windows, doors and roof shelters in white
- double leaf door set back in Kapitänsgibel
- Underfloor
- Gas heating
- Automatic ventilation with heat recovery
- and some, more amenities
Hopefully it goes with the building permit rather quickly, so that there is an early construction start no obstacle. We will report ....
