Marek State Secretary presented a special award for new projects to Fritz Ammer.
"For us the future not just empty words," says Fritz Ammer, CEO of future SPES Academy, at the award presentation of the State Tourism Award 2009. The prize was awarded by the Federal Ministry for Economic Affairs and Labour.
Excellent energy efficiency
was awarded the formation house for the successful Renovation of the house in terms of energy efficiency in the hotel industry and gastronomy. Passive construction, hot water solar panels, photovoltaic system, rain water harvesting system, biomass district heating, ventilation systems with heat recovery, and mainly use local, organic and fair trade products in hotel and restaurant to prove that particular, the company emphasis on environmental protection and sustainable places. The SPES future academy is thus a model for construction projects with cutting-edge character.
