on the ZRH-NBO-ZRH I've chosen my seat 5K, a 'lone' sitting in the corner, the toilet does not really interfere, the way a day flight, and back are all asleep - the whole in a swiss a330-300, with the 'flat-bed', sitting on a stand-alone ;-), really quite flat and not only 170 ° folding, bend with two in the bed.

flight vienna-zurich-nairobi-vienna-zurich with swiss.
got me 5k seat on both long distance flights, lavatory shouldn't be a problem, flight to NBO is day flight, flight back to ZRH is nightflight, so everybody will sleep on flat-bed seats (mine is a single one) .
